All...I was wondering if any provider had any wage scale for Direct Care associates that they would be willing to share with me.  We are working on creating a scale based on years of service coming in the door and I was wondering what others were doing.  Anything you can provide would be appreciated.  Also, what do you consider experience?  (Direct work experience, family member, etc.) would be helpful.
