--start with NO experience: $8.00

--start with ANY experience (babysitting; mother; daycare; etc.): $8.25

--25 cents increase each year a person stays, whether part-time or full
time.

The OPRA HR Committee is comprised of HR Professionals or anyone who
is responsible for hiring employees for their Agency. This group of
professionals meets 6 times a year at the OPRA offices to discuss best
practices in HR from the recruiting and hiring process to keeping
abreast of upcoming new regulations that affects employment law and or
training requirements.
