Subject: OPRA Program Director and HR committee meeting

Hi all - hope everything is good in HR land for everyone - the Program Director's OPRA Committee would like to meet with the OPRA HR Committee in regards to: working on a project for direct support professionals initiatives, recognition, recruitment, retention, etc..

We are scheduled to meet on May 11, 2010. However, could you meet on May 13, 2010 which is a Thursday at 10:30-2:00p (which is our regular time we have our meetings)  in Columbus at the OPRA Office for a joint meeting with the Program Directors.

I had several meetings already scheduled for May 13, however, I can move some things around to make this work for everyone just because I know how hard it is to get everyone on the same day,  so anything you guys could do to make this joint meeting happen, would really be appreciated.  Thanks for your consideration, and I look forward to your responses.
