Hello, Priscilla:
Our policy requires employees to provide proof of insurance. The information is provided to our insurance company, who deals with it from there. We would also have the employee tested for drugs.

Subject: question from OVRS in Cinti
Hello all on HR Committee -
I was wondering if any of you have procedures or policies stating that you suspend without pay employees involved in accidents with major cost totals. This would be an accident that the employee was found to be at fault. I'm looking at accidents that have damage costs of $5K, $10K, $15K and up. The other option might be that the employee loses a day of vacation.
thank you
Priscilla
