Good Afternoon,

What are your driving standards for DSPs providing transportation for individuals, in terms of age and driving record?  What is your minimum age for driving, and how many points/violations on the BMV do you consider acceptable?  Do you have a different standard for points/violations for younger drivers?  Do you require any extra training or driving test for younger drivers?

We currently only allow staff 23+ years old to drive, but are considering allowing 21 and 22 to year olds as well, and are interested in what other agencies are doing in this area.
