Hello HR Team,

I have a potential new hire with a West African Examinations Council School Certificate from Nusrat High School, Bundung from June 1996. Can I accept this as formal schooling and meet compliance rules for a HS Diploma or GED equivalent?

I’ve attached a copy of what was given to me (sans the name) and what I found online. Online indicates WAEC Senior School Certificate, and the one provided from 1996 says School Certificate.

Would you accept or deny?
