We are on verge of hiring individual with her GED. I cannot find in
the Rules:
- Does the person have to show proof of the GED before hire
date?
- How are employers able to get proof IF the prospective employee does NOT
have a copy?
- Does anything say it must be approved by the Ohio Dept. of
Education?? (I know this was discussed during Rule discussions, but do
not recall outcome).
