Just a follow up…..

 

DODD informed us that they received a couple of additional workforce proposals and that all are currently under consideration. We hope to hear something in the next couple of weeks.

Bethany (OADSP) and I met with Lori Horvath at DODD yesterday to present the attached proposal on the workforce crisis. We are asking for some relief on the GED/HS diploma requirement and looking for funds to create an on-line supervision course and create a “Be a DSP” public awareness campaign.

 

Lori will be sharing this with DODD’s leadership team in the next week or so. We will keep you posted. Thanks to everyone for their efforts thus far. There is much more to be done!
