OPRA District 3 meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 13th, 2019 from 10:00 to noon.  As usual, the meeting will be held at RHDD/Alternatives,3484 Old Wheeling Road, Zanesville.  We will be updating members on the issues that impact all of us in the field.  Please plan to attend, if at all possible.   If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact either Lisa Reed or me.
