Good morning!
Here is how today’s Board Meeting call will work.
At 10:30, we will get a roll call of who is on the call (Mark please keep track).
Director Martin will then go over the 3 proposals that were submitted to him to be costed out by the department.
1. Tiered Approach: John’s suggested approach. Vetted by a group of providers including myself.
2. 10% approach: offered by OHCA
3. Hybrid approach: offered by OHCA
We will then open it up for questions and discussion with John.
PLEASE! So to have less chaos (Than this means you), please state your first name and I will then call on you.
After John hangs up, we will here from Diane on what the Policy Committee recommends.
Then Jeff and Mark.
We will then open it up for discussion following the same rules above (Than).
I will then call for a motion and we will discuss and vote.
We are looking to review all options, discuss and then vote to give the OPRA staff direction.
