I am one who would like to see all of the Board materials to be electronic, so anyway to make that happen via the website that would be good. So I vote yes to everything below.
If we can add a chat option to the website so that we can send messages to each other when Jeff is talking, that would be a plus;)

I wanted to check in with you all and get some basic feedback on the Board-Members-only section of the OPRA site. There are currently 3 subdivisions of that area (Documents, Archived Documents, Permanent Documents), and I’d like to know if you find them useful, intuitively organized, logically named, etc. No detail about your user experience is unimportant! I know that the whole section is out-of-date, and before we appropriate time/skills to modifying it, I’d appreciate knowing how you use it – or not. Certainly, having 1) a current-year copy of the Board Manual; 2) a current-year copy of the Board roster; and 3) a current-year copy of Board meeting dates are must-haves. Mark emails out agendas and minutes – but would you like them uploaded to the site, too (along with any other materials distributed at meetings)? How else is this/can this be a valuable tool for you?
