Hi all

We will have a supplemental budget call on 10/18 from 10:30-12:30.  I sure hope all of you can participate.  It's an important conversation.

(See below), Director Martin will be joining on the call from 10:30-11:30.

I hope to hold a discussion and vote on the budget ask immediately after our call with Director Martin.  We need to give our OPRA staff direction on the supplemental budget ask.

Also I would like to have a discussion about the Ancor 100% membership program.  Our competitor OHCA has entered an agreement with Ancor and it will be very appealing to providers.  I just want us to understand all of the ramifications of this relationship and how it might impact our members.   Reminder we have previously voted not to enter into this agreement.

We will have a prearranged OPRA Board call with you  on 10/18 from 10:30-11:30.

John I'm hoping that you can lay out the budget supplemental proposals you have received and your feelings about a "Big Ask" without conditions,  as some in our system have talked about.  If you could leave ample time for questions that would be great.

After we talk to you, the OPRA Board will vote on a supplemental budget ask so to give direction to the OPRA staff.
