Pursuant to the board call today, we are requesting the following board motion be moved and seconded:

"I move that OPRA follow the recommendation of the OPRA ICF Committee regarding the ICF reimbursement system as proposed by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, as voted on by OPRA ICF Committee members through February 2, 2018 at 9:00am.  Further, that OPRA continue to work in the future to resolve the issue of a disproportionate amount of funding being allocated to public ICF's."

Board members have until 9:30am tomorrow morning (Friday, February 2nd) to vote.  We must have at least 12 affirmative votes to pass the motion (preferably more).

Please contact Anita if you have any questions about the motion, the proposed reimbursement system or the board process.
