Proposed Revision to an Existing Arrangement with MyHIPAA: Currently the agreement is for OPRA members to receive discounts on training and MyHIPAA Guide materials. The training revenue is split 50/50 after expenses. OPRA receives a 10% commission on sales of MyHIPAA products. The proposed revision is for OPRA to market MyHIPAA nationally (though ANCOR members and other contacts). Sales of products will be split 50/50 after expenses. OPRA may authorize up to 10% of our realized revenue to other entities. MyHIPAA will pay commission to other entities/associations. OPRA will receive a 10% commission on subscriptions that include unlimited consultation services. This 10% commission is exclusive to OPRA and will not be offered to other associations. We will upload a link to MyHIPAA on our website. We think this arrangement has real potential to generate non-dues revenue.
