meetings are centered on our new member recruitment efforts. You should
have received a draft copy of your district's invitation for review.

Attached are materials and talking points from OPRA and ANCOR about the
benefits of membership in each organization. The ANCOR materials are
included as a point of reference only - you may want to "OPRA-ize" some
of them for your specific meeting.

The meetings will begin with the DODD speaker. They will have an hour
for their presentation and questions. They will be focusing mainly on
DODD's work plan priorities (they do not need any special a/v
equipment). The DODD reps would like to hear from those in attendance,
so encourage those coming to ask questions and engage in dialogue. The
meeting will continue with brief updates from OPRA staff and conclude
with a discussion about the benefits of OPRA membership. We would like
the Trustees to lead this part of the discussion. If you have someone
willing to give a testimonial - that would be appreciated. We will
conclude with social/networking time. Each district has a budget of
$400.00 for refreshments. Please invoice us directly and we will get you
reimbursed. We would like to thank our sponsors for the food/beverage

Moran, Rest Assured, UST and the Life Enrichment Trust. We are most
appreciative of their financial participation. And...thanks to Teri for

We will bring OPRA brochures, sponsor materials and membership
application packets. Please note that any new memberships will be
pro-rated for the remainder of the year.
