OPRA Board,

On Wednesday, the Member Services Committee met with 2 vendors to discuss possible vendor partner agreements.

1.       The first presentation was from Enterprise Fleet Management. They shared the service packages they could offer the membership, which are included in the attached file. They proposed a $65 donation to OPRA for every vehicle deployed, plus associate membership and conference/event sponsorships.
2.       The second presentation was from The Buren Insurance Group. The proposal included a Risk and Operations Audit for OPRA members at a $100 price point with an annual $7,500 marketing fee for OPRA, associate membership and platinum sponsorship at both conferences.

The Member Services Committee recommends entering into vendor partnerships with both of these companies, which bring new and unique service offerings to our members.  In order to formalize these arrangements, we need your approval. To that end, we are calling for an email vote.
You may vote yes to both or yes to one and no to the other. Please feel free to call me or respond to this email if you have any questions, concerns or comments.
