Our press release/story was covered by Gongwer and Hannah (the top wonk news services).   I talked with several members of the administration and a legislator at the state of the state tonight. They all said they were pleased with OPRA's response.  FYI - I'm meeting with Michael Kirkman on Friday.

On another note, Wallace Peck was given the Governor's Courage Award at the state of the state. You may recall that Wallace is served by an OPRA board member and ANCOR commissioned him to do the portrait of Renee for her retirement gift. It was an amazing moment tonight, as the First Lady escorted Wallace onto the stage to get the award from the governor. Cool stuff!
