DODD's Response to the Ohio Delegation Letter to CMS

Here¹s Ohio¹s response to the Ohio congressional letter to CMS. DODD are
staying insistent on the 9 year time frame and are asking for the
delegation¹s support on this ask. It will be huge news if CMS approves a
timeframe for compliance that is outside of CMS regulations.
