Nice piece. Begs the question of what's in the best interest of people with disabilities.  To be segregated, but served by practitioners with expertise in DD, or to be integrated, but under/poorly served in the mainstream? All while we try to increase every healthcare  practitioner's expertise and comfort level if working with people with disabilities.
