I personally would like to know how the OPRA staff feel about this issue. Thought was put into the proposal and not to be a jerk, but we pay you for your expertise. What are your thoughts Mark, Jeff, Teri and Anita? When we vote on this (and I think we should) It would be nice to know where the staff stand. There is no bigger issue in my mind than the value we place on caregiving. That’s what we all do.
