Hi All!

Advance Leadership Training is going strong as we hit the half-way mark of the year long training.  We had an unbelievable two hour visit from Director Martin the other day.  John shared a very personal side of himself and described to the class his history and his thoughts on the leadership for the future in our industry.  It was truly fantastic and I was so proud that these folks had a chance hear John’s personal story.

I am looking for someone who can come talk to the class in November about leader succession.  Specifically, “learning from those that led in the past”.  They are currently reading “The Five Temptations of a CEO”.  This is a story about a CEO who has found himself in some troubling times.  He reflects on the decisions made by his predecessors to pull himself and his company out of a dyer situation and though this process learned some very good lessons in leadership.  Any of you have this experience that you would like to share?  Know anyone?
