Roy, my two cents -- I don't know that we can assume that all are vaccinated and it is not politically correct to ask each individual or require that they be vaccinated to attend.  Many of us have unvaccinated children and grandchildren in our lives and the transmission of and increase in cases of this new variant may warrant mask wearing.

I unfortunately I forgot we were doing hybrid and have something in the afternoon so won’t be there in person.

However, curious, assuming we are all vaccinated, what is the purpose of wearing masks?  Just wondering.

Hello Everyone.

I hope you are well.

In preparation for the upcoming Board meeting, I spoke with Jamie about the expectations when it comes to safety/health protocols.  We are hoping this information helps you make the decision about your comfort level with attending our first in-person meeting.

Here are the precautions we will be using:

  *   We are asking all in-person attendees wear a mask, the mask can be removed if you are speaking/contributing to the meeting.
  *   We will set up the room to allow for safe distancing (this may mean we will set up the room in a training configuration and not in a traditional board meeting set-up)
  *   We will have boxed lunches available
