YAY we have a quorum for July 24th, 10-2.  OPRA will send out a calendar invite.  For those that didn’t reply, please attend if you can.

Mark down 8/28 as the PAC Golf Outing at the Urbana Country Club.  Hopefully nothing changes, but as of now, this is the date and place.   If you can’t golf or hate golf and don’t want to participate in the outing, please consider a personal contribution to the PAC.  These funds came in real handy for this budget cycle and we need to replenish the funds for the next cycle.  It’s not all about legislative advocacy and testimony, it sometimes takes cash to get someone’s attention.

I will check in with Pete regarding a mini Board meeting prior to the outing.  It might just be an update per phone and not an official meeting, stay tuned.

Hi All,

Scheduling during the summer months can be a challenge and this summer is no different.

Here’s the issue.  We need to have a PAC Golf Outing this summer and the best date for the Urbana Country Club and others is August 28.  This is our regularly scheduled Board Meeting date.  It is also the last year that Than will run the outing as a Board Member.  We need to make it a successful event for the PAC and for Than.

I really don’t think it’s a good idea to go without a full meeting for two months with Pete just coming on board, so here is what I propose:

Have a full meeting on 7/24 and a half meeting on 8/28, at the golf club, prior to the start of the event.  I’ll try to get Jeff to attend the 7/24 meeting to give us an update, but I have other DODD updates in mind if he can’t make it.

I need to know who can make the July 24th meeting?  We need to have at least 13 people to have a quorum.
