In the consent agenda, you just need to provide the most current meeting notes.  If the committee didn't meet in between meetings, then no report.   When it comes to Committee's, we won't have archived notes.  Any Board member can ask for archived notes, but they don't have to be included in the packet.

So at the Board meeting, if their was a Governance Committee let's say, any Board member can ask that it be pulled for discussion.

Hello Board Members,
In the past we have provided you with hard copies of the board packets for the board meeting. Now that we are including information from committee meetings, the resulting board packet are quite large. Are there any objections to OPRA only providing printed copies of the materials that are  specifically called out in the agenda? Let me know your thoughts, Thanks!
