As some of you heard on the call, Wed afternoon the Executive Board has appointed Anita Interim CEO during this period that we do our search for the next CEO.   She reluctantly agreed.

We will be bonusing her during this interim period.

Please note, Anita is not interested in the CEO/President position.  At this time in her career, she is fine with where she is.

I’m thankful she stepped up.
