That rate will be kicked back at least on the first billing submitted for an approval due to being over the maximum daily rate. I am assuming this person is receiving either a behavior add on or a medical add on in addition to that rate? It has been our experience that the billing will be rejected in the beginning though.

Depending on what Cost of Doing Business category they are in the code for
2 staff is
Individual Options Waiver - AMW
And the rate would be the base rate for one staff times two.

I have never billed for a two on one client before. Can someone tell me
how the rate works for someone with two staff with them on IO waiver

The OPRA Policy Committee serves as the clearinghouse for most issues
affecting any aspect of developmental disabilities services, and makes
recommendations for action to the OPRA Board of Directors. Every effort
is made to allow sufficient time to discuss issues in detail, in order
to understand the impact on individuals and providers and to consider
what position OPRA should take on the issue. Ad Hoc workgroups are
established from time to time to examine issues more fully. The Policy
Committee meets once a month and includes representatives from all the
OPRA districts.
