Jeff - could you please find out what the future is for Independent Providers of Shared Living/Adult Foster Care?

Will we be able to continue providing services as Independents?

The labor laws do specify that people who own the home and live in the home, and provide this service, are not considered employees since they control the home.  I want to make sure this is acknowledged within our system.
