I am reading up on the No Smoking ban in Ohio.  Personally, I was very happy to see this passed.

 

My question: what do others of you do about staff people who are smokers?  WHERE do they go to smoke?

 

Specifically, we have 24 hour on duty staff in a home with one staff to four individuals.   WHAT options are there for staff who smoke?

 

Looking for some guidance here.
