ICF Downsizing and Conversion:

Successes, Challenges, and Lessons Learned

Who:  Intermediate Care Facilities Staff, Senior Management, CEOs, and County  

           Board Staff

What:  OPRA has put together a panel presentation of Providers who have

converted and downsized along with speakers from County Board     

Representatives and DODD. The panel will discuss their successes,

challenges, and lessons learned as they relate to their specific projects.

              Panel Presentation from 9:30am – 3:30pm

Cost:  The cost for this event is $78.00 for members and $118.00 for non-members

           which will include the cost for the food/beverages and speakers.
