Venue:  Shady Hollow Country Club, 4865 Wales Avenue,
               Massillon, Ohio 44646

 

Cost:  $150.00 per golfer or $600.00 for a group of four.
            (green fees, prizes, lunch incl.)

 

Time:  8:00 — Registration
             9:00 — Shot gun start
             11:30 - 1:30 — Buffet lunch at the turn (includes chicken, hamburgers, salad, dessert and beverages)
             2:30 – Prizes awarded

Event Sponsor - $3,000 (includes foursome for golf and 3 months advertisement in the OPRA Roundup)
Lunch Sponsor - $1,500
Course Beverage Sponsor - $1,000
Golf Cart Sponsor - $500.00
Hole Sponsor - $150.00
